45 ACP, 4" barrel with an excellent bore. The dark gray barrel has a smooth grind mark with a few welding imperfections. The metal surfaces retain about 98% original corrosion resistant finish with scattered light scratches, scuffs, freckling and dings. The cocking knob has cavity mould number 44 or 14 and is in excellent condition. The first cavity mould number is poorly cast and can be taken for a "1" or a "4". This fully functional model 3 pistol has three oil holes, no crescent F mark under the breech and the floorplate is present. A nice example of a Liberator for your WWII collection. (86229-770) {C&R} [Elliott Riggs Collection] (1200/1800) SOLD FOR $1,092.50
